I have worked with computers for most of my life in many different capacities. Started by learning Computer Engineering Technology at the Milwaukee School of Engineering in the mid-'70s. I partied too much and was forced to leave with my tail between my legs after 2 years. I did manage to learn a lot about computer fundamentals that I don't even think are taught anymore. Machine code, And gates, and shift registers.

Next, I spent 14 years in the United States Air Force. I traveled to South Korea, Minot North Dakota, Louisianna, California, and Panama. While in Panama I played keyboards in a band named Canal Zone. I got out of the military and moved to Colorado Springs Co.

Apple had a manufacturing plant in Fountain Colorado in the mid-'90s. I worked my way from a temporary rework tech to a full-time Test Engineer. While there I went back to school and got a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. I then moved to Denver. In Denver, I met the love of my life and my editor Robert.

I spent 20 years in Denver working for different companies large and small and spent about 6 years running my own website-building business. Then in 2021 I suddenly found myself unemployed. Hello Retirement. I have had the idea for this book in my head for a long time. It was now time to write it.

I must let you know that as I wrote this story down it is not what I originally planned.

This story is a trilogy and the first book is Download. Book two is Upload. and the final book is called Common Enemy.

I plan to put up the pieces of this story as they evolve. Let me know what you think. I am addicted to feedback.
